It snowed yesterday in Upstate New York. Bet you can't beat that in South Carolina!

I should have some fun Halloween pictures to post tomorrow. I went with one of out closing coordinators, Jessica, today and we had our nails painted black. My department is a coven of witches - we have super fancy hats and two of us have capes. It should be fun. I guess a lot of people in the office dress up - they even have a walk-off. I might have to be missing during that.

In addition to this eloquently worded email his is 43 and the age range for women that he is seeking 18 to 35!!! Someone has a little too much confidence.

Thought some of you would get a kick out of this. If anyone would like to go out with him let me know and I'll see what I can do. Is there anyone out there that is normal?

A big Thank You to everyone who donated for the American Cancer Socity Breast Cancer walk. Our office raised over $7,600 and an additional $2,500 was donated by the owners of my company. I surpassed my goal and raised $690. Thank you also to those who sent along names for my memory flower. I had so many names that a paper flower became impractical - so I transferred the names onto pink fabric petals and made a very large flower pin. Many people commented on it throughout the day.

It was a little chilly, but a beautiful day! We had 39 employees walk and almost 80 people with family and friends. I love that my new office is dedicated to being involved with the community and supportive of several causes. Many employees in the company have been touched by cancer in one way or another and really did a great job in raising funds. We also volunteered at the Memory Tent where people were able to write names or encouraging words on blocks of the quilt. This was a very emotional and inspiring experience.
