As promised, here are some pictures of my most recent yardsale and antique show finds.I'm totally in love with this chair. Yes, it's lime green (the color didn't come out that good in the picture). When I finally have a place of my own again I'm going to design a whole room with this chair in mind. It's perfect for a dressing table. I also purchased the vintage flower pillow that was displayed with the chair as they go perfectly together.
I also purchased these two throws at the same antique show. One is hot pink and the other bright green - both would go nicely in a room with the chair or on the back of a couch. I just couldn't pass them up.
Some other finds from the Route 90 Fifty Mile Yard Sale were this vintage book (I just loved the cover) that I might use for an altered book, the owl trivet (I'm really into birds right now), the interesting foreign playing cards (probably to be used in a scrapbook project), the square transferware dishes (there are seven, which will probably be used for dipping oil at a future
dinner party), and the yo-yo pillow cover. All of the items pictures were purchased for 50 cents or less other than the bowl. Pretty good.

ok - i want the throws and the green chair for my green and pink room - the wedding may be over but i'm still in love with the colors! next time i'm home let's go antiquing!
